WELLNESS - Breath & Bloom
BREATH & BLOOM was a grounding wellness practice designed to nurture balance and growth. The session combined meditation, dynamic Yang yoga, restorative Yin stretches, soft breathwork, and guided journaling for a complete mind-body reset.
Led by @lwamyoga, the flow guided participants from movement into stillness, creating space to process, reflect, and restore. The intimate setting allowed each person to tune into themselves while still feeling the support of community around them.
By the end of the evening, guests left with a renewed sense of calm and inspiration, carrying the reminder that growth comes not only through effort, but also through softness.
