WORK. SWEAT. REPEAT. was all about energy and endurance. This high-intensity bodyweight workout combined strength, conditioning, and dynamic movement, challenging participants to push their limits and celebrate what the body can do.

Led by PT Imen, with live beats from DJ Etti, the session fused fitness and music into a motivating community experience. The music drove the rhythm, while the workout tested resilience and focus, proving that movement is more fun—and more effective—when shared.

This event embodied the spirit of our WELLNESS pillar, showing that community sweat is the ultimate fuel.
