WELLNESS - Reset Mode
RESET MODE was a gentle, beginner-friendly session designed to help participants slow down, reconnect, and recharge. The evening blended breathwork, dynamic yoga flow, meditation, and guided journaling, offering a holistic approach to wellness.
Led by Lwam Yoga, the class encouraged reflection and release, giving everyone tools to cultivate calm, clarity, and focus in their everyday lives. With an intimate group of just 20 participants, the atmosphere was supportive and grounding, allowing both first-timers and experienced practitioners to share in the same collective energy.
RESET MODE reminded us that sometimes the most powerful reset is found in stillness and mindful movement.
